mochiShare is built to share files temporarily, not to build a profile about you. We don't require an account, we don't sell your information, and we don't use your files to build profiles or train anything.

mochiShare is designed to collect as little information as possible. Depending on how the service is being used, we may temporarily handle information needed to make a share work.

mochiShare is designed around temporary, peer-to-peer file transfers. Whenever possible, the file itself is transferred directly between the sender and recipient using WebRTC.

Some connections may require network infrastructure such as a TURN relay. In those situations, network traffic may pass through that relay in order to establish a successful connection.

mochiShare does not intend to provide permanent file storage. Shares are temporary and are removed when they are no longer needed.

mochiShare may rely on third-party infrastructure to operate parts of the service, such as signaling, networking, hosting, or abuse prevention.These services may process limited technical information as necessary to provide their respective functionality.

If something important about how mochiShare handles information changes, we'll update this page. The updated policy will apply from the date it is published.
